Four steps to get going.
- Enter what you want to focus on (e.g. "Write the report")
- Set how long you want the dive to run
- Hit Start Timer and the focus session begins
- Stay with it until the timer surfaces you — the dive lands in your log
Pick a task, dive straight in. That's the whole flow.
A unit spent each time AI breaks down a task. Resets every month.

Your streak counts consecutive days with at least one completed focus session. One session a day keeps it alive.
A Grace Day protects your streak when you miss a single day. Pro gets one a month; Free has none.
Grace Days apply automatically — nothing to toggle.
Answer the Welcome survey after sign-up — your work style, your best focus hours — and breakdowns get sharper.
Say you mostly code, for instance, and coding tasks get longer suggested blocks.
Update your answers anytime in Settings.
